    Smart Voice Service 2. B ASIC EATURES Placing a Call 2.1.1 Dialing a Phone Number Pick up the handset or press SPEAKER, you will hear the dial tone with LINE LED indicator turns on.     Smart Voice Service 3. A DVANCED EATURES 3.1 Call Blocking 3.1.1 Incoming Call Block List You can block the nuisance calls by adding the unwanted numbers to your incoming call block list. Maximum 10 blocked numbers can be stored. All incoming calls defined in the block list will be rejected by the phone. The calls are diverted to a busy tone signal.
