ADJUSTING THE VOLUME

You can adjust the volume in two ways: by using the volume
control keys on the side of the handset, or by using the menu.
Pressing volume control keys:
During a call adjusts earpiece volume.
In Standby Status adjusts ringer volume.
When the phone rings adjusts ringer volume.
See page 54 for more detailed instructions.

LOCK

Locks phone and prevents unauthorized use. Phone can
only be used after inputting the password.
1. To lock the phone, press and hold
2. To unlock the phone, input the password.
NOTE:
The default password is the last 4 digits of your
phone number.

VIBRATE

Disables the ringer and vibrates when an incoming call is
received. To enable this function:
1. Press
2. Select SOUND, then press
3. Select VIBRATE.

MANNER MODE

Silences all phone sounds while attending a meeting, a
movie, or any other time you do not want your phone to
be heard. All phone sounds include the ringer, key
beeps and notifications. Your phone will vibrate to noti-
fy you of an incoming call. To enable this function, press
