WARRANTY
This receiver is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
We agree to remedy such defect or to fumish a new part in exchange for any part which,
under normal installation, use and service, discloses such defect, provided the receiver
is delivered to us, intact, for our examination, with all transportation charges prepaid
to our factory,
within
one year from the date of sale to the original purchaser, and
provided such examination discloses, in our judgment, that it is thus defective.
This warranty does not apply if the receiver has been subjected to misuse, neglect,
accidents, incorrect wiring not our own;improper
installation, or to use in violation of
instructions furnished by us, nor to receivers that have been repaired or altered outside
our factory.
This warranty excludes all oral or other implied warranhes, ild
the manufacturer
shall in no event be liable for damages for a breach of warranty in an amount exceeding
the purchase price of the alleged defective equipment.
