Temperature control FIGURE 4 The temperature of the chiller is best maintained at around 0°C to 5°C. It is recommended to use a fridge thermometer (not supplied) to accurately monitor the internal temperature. Never put hot items in the chiller. The temperature control is situated at the back of the chiller (Figure 4). -
