- Page 2 CHAIR ASSEMBLY Turn the five star base over and attached wheels. Install the hydraulic unit into the five star base center hole. Place the hydraulic plastic cover over the hydraulic unit. Using the M8 Allen key remove the screws on the side of the backrest and use to attach the backrest to the seat.
- Page 3 Fix the plastic covers onto the sides of backrest. Fix the control unit to the base of the seats . Insert the hydraulic unit into the opening of the control unit.
- Page 4 CHAIR ASSEMBLY Put headrest pillow on the back- rest. A. Lead the elastic through the aperture as shown. B. Attach the belt clips together. C. Adjust cushion as desired.
