Page 3 Street Vendor Cart Assembly Instructions Attach 5 small poles and 3 large poles to left side frame with 8 small bolts as shown. Secure, but do not over tighten, bolts with a small Allen wrench. At this point, attach right side frame to frame assembly with 8 small bolts.
Page 4 Street Vendor Cart Assembly Instructions detail on the other side of the tire Insert 1 large bolt into 1 wheel as shown. On the other side of the wheel, thread 1 ﬂat washer and 1 hex nut onto the large bolt. Using the large Allen wrench, hold the large bolt in position and fasten hex nut with a Hex wrench.
