 To check your subscribed plan, account subscription status and balance in account, go to
Settings  Account Information
 For Subscriber ID, go to Settings  Account Information
Problem
I am unable to watch
TV nor able to access
internet
Not able to browse
internet from
laptop/mobile
I am on a plan with
4Mbps internet speed.
However, I am getting
only 1 Mbps
'Wrong username or
password or
subscription expired'
message when trying to
authenticate

Self Help

Make sure the TV and Player are switched ON
Select the right source on TV and check if connections are proper
Connect TV to alternate source or use CVBS/Composite cable and check
Follow the steps 1-3 (How to Install Lukup Player) carefully. You should
get Home screen on TV
If your account is suspended (login fails), login to website & recharge
your account
If you are not able to watch TV, follow steps above
Make sure TV and Player are switched ON and laptop/mobile is in the
Wi-Fi range
Check that Wi-Fi network selected is that of player and shows
'connected'. Default network name is 'LUKUP'
Restart your Player
Login to your account in webpage and check whether you have
consumed your data quota already. Go to 'My Packages'
'Show data usage'. If you have consumed your quota, the speed will
be reduced to FUP
Make sure you are entering the right username and password. Try
logging to website with the same credentials. You may use 'Forget
password' link on website to change your password
Check if your account is suspended. Login to website & recharge your
account
