  • Page 4 Step 1: Turn a table leg (AC) upside down. Place a foot cap (AH) on the bottom of each leg. Secure each foot cap with two #8 x 1/2” screws (RE). Repeat for the other two legs. Step 2: Turn table legs right side up. Attach a center leg brace (AD) to each table leg as shown.
  • Page 5 Step 3: Stand table leg assemblies in a circle with the braces pointing in towards the center. Step 4: While standing between the two legs, line up the end hole on the right brace with the middle hole on the left brace as shown. Secure with one #8 x 1/2” screw (RE). Note: The center leg braces are joined together always in a right over left format.

  • Page 10 pilot hole pilot hole AA - underside of table top Step 13: Remove the first 1/4” x 1/2” (RA) screw and gently tilt the support brace (AK) and slide the last support brace (AL) into place. Replace the first 1/4” x 1/2” screw (RA) into the first support brace (AK).

Fasten the leg assembly to the support braces using nine 5mm cap nuts (RC). Note: Tighten all loose hardware including the center braces.
  • Page 12 Step 17: Lay a bench frame (AF) top-side down, with the curved edges pointing away from you. Step 18: Line up a bench leg (AE) with the right side of the bench frame (AF). Secure to frame with four 5mm x 12.5mm carriage bolts (BA) and four M5 center lock nuts (BB). Note: The tab on the frame must line up with the hole in the bench leg plate.
  • Page 13 Step 20: Lay a bench seat (AB) top-side down, with the curved side pointing away from you. Lay bench frame (AF) inside the bench seat and line up holes. Repeat for all three benches. Step 21: Fasten the bench frame to the bench seat with six 1/4” x 1/2” screws (RA). Note: Ensure that the holes line up with the pilot holes in the bench seat.
  • Page 14 Step 22: Insert a bench assembly into the table leg. Ensure the bench is fully inserted into the leg. Step 23: Insert a cotter key (BD) through the two holes in the leg of the bench to help prevent the bottom of the bench from pulling out of the table leg. Note: Repeat steps 22 and 23 for remaining two benches.
  • Page 15 Step 24: If you will not be using an umbrella with your table, install the umbrella hole plug (AI). If it is not already installed, snap it into the hole at the center of the table.
