When handled properly, UV-C is completely safe. You should never allow the UV-C light to shine in your eyes or on your skin. Although the Sienna Lux has a built in safety feature that shuts the UV light off when you open the device, please keep the sanitizer out of reach of children. -

TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Solution UV sanitizer not turning on • Ensure power cord is plugged into 120V AC power outlet only. • Unplug the unit from the power outlet for 5 minutes then plug it back in. • Try operating UV sanitizer from another power outlet. • If unit is still not working, call customer service 1-888-574-3662. -

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Our Sienna product warranty extends only to the original customer purchaser of the product. It is warranted by the manufacturer to be free from all defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
