  • Page 5 Thank you for your purchase. This watch includes 5 functional modes: Current Time, Heart Rate Mode, Memory, Timer and Exercise Mode. With this watch, you can get ECG accurate heart rate readings. Simply put the watch on you wrist, touch the sensors located on the face of the watch by your fingers, and your heart rate will be displayed in the digital window within seconds! The built in triaxial sensor allows accurate speed and distance calculation and calculates calories and fat consumption in the exercise mode.
