Why can't I transfer file from my computer to the Moon device through the usb port?

If you are using a Windows computer, file transfer should work seamlessly when the device is connected via USB. However, if you are using an Apple computer, you need to install the Android File Transfer software to move files between your computer and the Royole Moon. If file transfer is not working, ensure that the correct cables and adapters are used and that the necessary software is installed.

    8. ADJUSTING SCREEN SIZE Moon's advanced AMOLED displays are scalable, allowing you to change the overall screen size to fit your viewing comfort and preference. For example, when watching a movie, it is recommended you adjust the screen to its maximum size. For video games, information is sometimes displayed at the edges of the screen, so a smaller screen may make game play more enjoyable.
