Importanti precauzioni per la sicurezza La macchina da caffè Teknica produce caffè, acqua calda e vapore per bevande calde. Ogni altro uso è assolutamente vietato e può essere pericoloso. Accensione La macchina da caffè Teknica deve essere installata secondo le locali norme di sicurezza esclusivamente da personale tecnico autorizzato. Aprire il rubinetto dell’acqua ed accendere l’interruttore generale. Girare l’interruttore generale (fi g.1,4) da posizione 0 a posizione 1. Dato che al primo avviamento la caldaia è vuota, parte il sistema di riempimento automatico della caldaia. -

Erogazione automatica di caffè I quattro pulsanti A B C D sono da utilizzare per l’erogazione automatica del caffè. Erogazione automatica significa che l’operatore seleziona uno dei quattro pulsanti sulla pulsantiera per iniziare il processo di erogazione. Quando la quantità di caffè programmata per il pulsante viene raggiunta, la macchina automaticamente ferma l’erogazione. -

Important safety precautions The espresso machine Teknica is designed for the sole purpose of producing coffee, hot water and steam for hot drinks. All other uses are strictly forbidden and can be very dangerous. The machine is designed for professional use only. Installation The espresso machine Teknica is to be installed to comply with the applicable federal, state or local plumbing codes having jurisdiction. The manufacturer has tried to foresee all possible safety devices to ensure the safety of the users. Anyhow different conditions of installation or of equipment moving can cause situations which cannot be controlled or foreseen. -

Start up The espresso machine Teknica is to be installed to comply with the applicable federal, state or local plumbing codes having jurisdiction exclusively by authorised technical service. Open the water tap and switch on the main electrical switch. Turn the on/off switch (fi g. 1,4) from position 0 to position 1. -

Automatic dispensing of espresso The keys A B C D are used for automatic dispensing of espresso. Automatic dispensing means that the operator presses one of the four keys to begin the supply. When the programmed quantity of coffee in the cup is reached, the machine stops “automatically” the dispensing. Note: If the espresso machine Teknica is not used for a longer time, it has to be switched off, disconnected from electrical supply and water mains. The boiler must be completely emptied.
