    5.Pre checks Be careful  Be sure to check whether the generator is level place and ensure the engine is turned off. 1. Check the oil level Be careful  Using non-detergency oil or 2-stroke engine oil could shorten the engine life. Recommended oil is SAE10W30.

    6.Start the engine Before starting the engine, disconnect the load on AC and DC socket. Turn the fuel cover handle to the "ON" position Open the fuel cover Open the fuel switch Open Turn the start switch to the "ON" position Engine switch Pull the starter handle until you feel resistance, then pull the handle as the direction of the arrow in FIG quickly, start the generator.

    7. Use of the generator Warning  In order to prevent electric shock, the generator should be grounded between the ground terminal and an external ground source generator by a thick cable...  When the generator is used as backup power to a building, it should be connected by a qualified technician and must comply with relevant laws and electrical codes.
  • Page 15 Follow the "start engine" requirements. Ensure that the required device connected to the switch is turned off and then plug in the machine at the generator outlet.   • Page 16 Confirm and verify the overload has been resolved and press reset switch on the panel. Three seconds after, the generator indicator will turn red to green, and the generator begins normal output power. If you press the reset switch, wait three seconds and the generator light does not turn from red to green, and then turn off the engine and contact an authorised dealer.
  • Page 17 DC use: DC output is for 12V automatic battery charging only. Note  When the DC socket is used to charge the battery, you must be present to monitor the battery voltage. If the battery voltage exceeds 16V, then you must immediately stop charging otherwise it may cause battery to overcharge and cause fire or an explosion.
  • Page 18 Warning  During charging you should provide proper ventilation and be away from the fire or sparks, because the battery will be susceptible to volatile flammable gases.  The battery contains sulfuric acid (electrolyte), which if it comes into contact with skin or eyes may cause burns.

    9. Maintenance The maintenance and adjustment schedule has been developed to enable the generator operates in the best working condition. Warning  Turn off the engine before carrying out any repairs. The engine must be running in well ventilated area if repairs are needed on the engine, because exhaust contains poisonous carbon monoxide.

Remove the side access panel, unscrew the oil dipstick. Discharge pipe into the oil filler neck tighten (in tool bag).
