Delta Pro Scooters recommends that you periodically review and reinforce the information in this manual with younger riders, and that you inspect and maintain your child’s scooter to ensure their safety.

    BEFORE YOU BEGIN OVERVIEW Remove the scooter deck and bars from the box, inspect the parts for scratches in the paint and/or dents that may have occurred during shipping.   • Page 5 ASSEMBLY 1. Loosen the 3-bolt head clamp and carefully slide the clamp onto the handle bars so the bottom side of the clamp is ush with the bottom of the bars. 2. Align the bars and clamp with the fork tube and slide them together down onto the head- set.

    GENERAL MAINTENANCE LUBRICATING YOUR WHEEL BEARINGS You should check your wheels for smooth rotation before every ride. Your bearings should be lubricated regularly to maintain optimum performance. To lube your bearings you will need to take your wheels o by using x2 5mm allen keys to remove the wheel axles (loosen the axles counter clock-wise, tighten clockwise).
