    USING YOUR CONTACT GRILL BEFORE USE • Unpack the contact grill and place it on a flat countertop. Wipe the outer surface and non-stick plates with a damp cloth. • To help protect the non-stick surface, coat the grill plates with a layer of vegetable oil before preheating.
