Troubleshooting
- If an error occurs, please check the troubleshooting guide listed below before taking the
set for repair.
- If you are unable to remedy the problem by following the points below, consult your
dealer or service center.
- Do not open the device as this risks damage to the unit
Warning: Under no circumstances should you try to open the unit and/or repair the
device yourself, as this will invalidate the warranty.
PROBLEM
Power LED not active
No Sound
No ECHO
Recording too low
Recording noise
Poor recording from some phones
POTENTIAL CAUSE
No power
No charge
Not powered on
Volume knob off
ECHO knob off
Unit is too far from source
Ambient noise
Phone issue
Poor sound due to processing chip
SOLUTION
Recharge the unit
Check cable connection
Check if LED Power indicator is on
Adjust volume knob
Adjust ECHO knob
Make sure the unit is close to the
source of recording
Move to a quiet place
Restart the phone
Replace recording chip
