TROUBLESHOOTING

SMARTBAND WON'T TURN
ON?
• If your SmartBand has just
come out of the box and
won't turn on, first please
make sure it's plugged in and
charging.
• Plugged in, but still not turn-
ing on? You might have a bad
USB cord — you can check
this by plugging the cord into
any other devices you have
lying around that use micro
USB.
• Try alternate charging sourc-
es (wall outlet or computer
USB port) as well.

NO CALL, TEXT, OR APP
ALERTS ON SMARTBAND?
Check these first:
1. Are notifications turned off in
the SmartBand app settings?
2. Did you mute notifications on
your SmartBand?
a. From your SmartBand's
Time and Date screen, nav-
igate to the Smart Apps
screen by swiping left
twice.
b. Tap the Mute Notifications
icon, and make sure mute
is turned off.
