Installation TRANSPORT, HANDLING AND STORAGE Transport and Handling The oven can be transported with a standard equipment capable to bear the oven’s weight and size (see the above table).

    Installation FLUE CONNECTION IMPORTANT: The flue of the oven has to be connected to a chimney of suitable length and air flow characteristics. The location of the oven should be well ventilated. Operation INITIAL SET UP WARNING: Before using the oven for cooking of food you must read and follow the instructions below. These operations will help to eliminate any oils and smells.

    Maintenance OVEN INSULATION AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE The oven has been designed to minimize routine maintenance, it is up to the operator to evaluate the condition and its suitability for use. We recommend to do maintenance every time you notice a non-optimal operation or a minimum once/year.
