Yet, the driving unit of Squatina 400 is designed for freehand cutting in terms of its sense of rotation. This means that in case of a drilling application, there appears an incorrect sense of rotation for drilling. For this purpose, a small phase changer is available, which is simply screwed in between the plug connection of Squatina 400 and the Powerbox.

To change the saw blade Remove the hexagon screw of the saw flange by turning it to the right. Caution, the screw is provided with left-hand thread. Remove the upper flange half together with the disk belonging to it. Insert the saw blade in the protection cover and insert it on the connecting joint of the output shaft.
