Battery Replacement A 3.0V Lithium recharging battery is installed in the unit for internal Real-Time Clock and system data retention. The battery should last recharging 1000,000 times at least. If the battery needs to be replaced, please ask autho- rized service personnel to do so. -

XPD0215SL User’s Manual Power Distribution Unit User Privileges and Port Reservations All user levels, including anonymous (visitor), are able to access the system via a serial connection from your work station to the Local Master port, or via a Telnet session from your work station. -

XPD0215SL User’s Manual Power Distribution Unit Before you start the Telnet application, the user need to obtain the actual IP address for the system. The system displays network connectivity information at system startup terminal when your workstation is connected to the system’s Local Master Serial Port. -

It is strongly recommended that Master port and a user serial port have the same data rate while exchang- ing data between them so that data loss is eliminated.

The purpose of using DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) is to assign dynamic IP addresses to a computer or a network device on a network.
