Any change or deviation from this procedure voids the Dixon Bayco product warranty and removes Dixon Bayco from any contamination liability. Remove quick disconnect V-clamp and remove end cap.
Page 3 PC5000 Inline High Pressure Air Filtration 9. Inspect lid O-ring and replace if damaged. 10. Loosen adjustments bolt, replace lid and clamp ring. Tighten clamp ring. Tighten adjusting bolt and lock nut. Replace acorn nut. Do not service this filter canister while under pressure! We recommend maintaining a filtration inspection log book in establishing a replacement schedule that is optimal for your fleet.
