    2. Turn bluetooth on for mobile phone or other bluetooth device, press scan. Wait until the name ‘PureSound H100’ displays. 3. Click ‘PureSound H100’ to connect. After the connection is successful, the headset’s blue light will flash. 4. Password: 0000 - Some devices may require password to connect/pair.

(Whether the LED indicator light is on or Red and Blue lights are flashing). • If the headset is turned on but it still can’t be found, please restart your phone/device and the headset.

    MORE TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION Max distance between headset and Bluetooth device > The max distance between headset and device is 10 meters in clear line of sight. If you exceed the max distance, or if too many things are blocking the clear line of sight, the signal may fade and cause other connectivity issues.
  • Page 7 CUSTOMIZE YOUR HEADSET FOR THE PERFECT FIT Accessories in the headset box > In addition to the USB charging cord there are a selection of ear bud sizes and a plastic toggle for the headset connecting wire. If your ear buds are uncomfortable you may need to choose a smaller ear bud size.
