To update the date on the Ozeri BP6T:

1. Make sure the unit is off.
2. Press and hold the “SET” button for 3 seconds to enter Time Setting Mode.
3. The time format will blink first. Use the “MEM” button to change between 12H and 24H formats.
4. Press “SET” again to move to the time and date settings.
5. Use the “MEM” button to adjust the values.
6. Press “SET” to confirm each setting and move to the next.
