Guardian Roof Installation Guide The following guide has been created to assist in the fabrication and installation of the Celuplast Guardian Roof. Please note that each roof is individual and will be fabricated to suit various shapes and sizes. Each roof supplied will be accompanied by a roof layout plan and this guide.

All window frames must be reinforced in order to take the weight of the Guardian Roof. It is the sole responsibility of the installer to establish that the window frames are reinforced.

The overhang is 200mm. Fakro Window to be fitted to the V Fakro Tile Flashing installed with Notch Guardian Roof Tile Tiling always to start at the bottom left of the roof. Always start with a full tile with a half tile above.

Fix timber with expanding foam tape to roof with wood screws. Then fix ridge cappings followed by cappings. All cappings to be screwed from the side and hidden using the Guardian Tile repair kit. Gutter brackets twist lock into the ring beam and Gutter locks on. to brackets. Box Gutter adapter fitted into the box gutter and sealed using suitable wet sealant.
