WARNING - When IN USE Please ensure that the safety enclosure net zipper is 100% closed and that all three entrance hooks are connected before jumping. Users must not intentionally jump into the safety net; it is designed to stop persons from falling from the trampoline but not for intentional rebounding.
► AIRMASTER Trampoline frames are manufactured from zinc-coated galvanised tubing. If surface rust appears it should be removed with either a wire brush or coarse sandpaper, and the area treated with a cold galvanising paint.

Select a TOP RAIL. Connect two TOP RAILS together. Continue to assemble all the TOP RAILS into pairs as shown. • Note: Please refer to the parts list for quantity of parts you are assembling as they can vary from model to model. Locate the parts as shown.

Take an Assembled FOOT and LEG assembly. And connect with a pair of connected TOP RAILS. • Note: Please refer parts list for quantity of legs or rails you are assembling, as they varies from different models. Take two assembled TOP RAIL/FOOT and LEG units, turnover and connect together. The connected pairs should stand up unsupported.

When joining the final two sections to form a circle, it helps to anchor your leg against the trampoline LEG vertically below the connection. This will provide extra leverage, making it easier to line up and slide the two joints together. •...

• Note: The top of the JUMPING MAT has smooth edges. This side should be facing upwards. After you have connected the first SPRING to the FRAME walk around to the opposite side of the frame matching each D-RING to a matching slot as you walk (This will ensure that you will not have to disconnect and refit SPRINGS later on in this exercise).

Select one each of a SAFETY NET LOWER AND UPPER POLE and fit together. Note the 2 poles can easily be distinguished as the Upper Pole has a plastic cap on the top. The Lower Pole does not have this plastic cap. Continue to connect all top and bottom poles together.

• VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure when attaching the net pockets onto the safety net pole, that the SAFTEY NET is not twisted by attaching the pocket to the SAFETY NET POLE either to the left or right of the one it should be on. As a point of reference the net Opening Zip should be running perfectly straight up and down (vertically).
