This Software License Agreement (the Agreement) grants you a non-exclusive license to use the software supplied to you by Jupiter Systems (JUPITER), including software that may be owned by third parties and licensed to Jupiter, with the right to distribute and sublicense, which software (the Software) may be supplied to you on removable media, and/or as part of the equipment supplied by JUPITER. - Page 8 Upon any violation of any of the provisions of the Agreement, your rights to use the Software shall automatically terminate and you shall be obligated to return the Software to JUPITER or to destroy all copies of the Software.
