    General Operating Instructions How it Works… The induction cooking process heats a cooking vessel through the use of magnetic induction, instead of by thermal conduction from an open flame or an electrical heating element. Because inductive heating directly heats the vessel, rapid increases in temperature can be achieved and maintained.
