Changing settings manually

Press the 'home' button to

activate the screen.
• Swipe to unlock
• Tap the icon.
Tap on 'Settings'
•
Tap on 'Wireless and networks'
•
Tap on 'Mobile networks'
•
• Tap on 'Access Point Names'
Tap on 'TalkTalk WAP' if shown.
•
If not tap the button, followed
by 'New APN'

• Tap on each line based on the settings shown below.
• The keyboard will pop up, enter the text highlighted
in blue for each option.
• After entering each option tap 'Done' and move on
to the next one.
Tap 'Name', enter TalkTalk Internet
•
• Tap 'APN', enter mobile.talktalk.co.uk
Tap 'Proxy', enter 212.183.137.12
•
Tap 'Port', enter 8799
•
• Tap 'Username', enter wap
Tap 'Password', enter wap
•
• Tap 'MMSC', enter http://mms.talktalk.co.uk/
servlets/mms
Tap 'MMS Proxy', enter 212.183.137.12
•
• Tap 'MCC', enter 234
Tap 'MNC', enter 15
•
• Tap 'Authentication type', enter Please leave blank
Tap 'APN type', select Internet & MMS
•
(If no selection available, leave blank)

Once all of the settings have been manually inserted,
tap the 'Menu' button and tap 'Save'
Manual settings have now been installed, Internet and
MMS should now work. Press the 'Home' button to exit
to Home screen.
