    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Take the Front Post that has one cable with 7-PIN & 5-PIN inside. This post is for right Insert Front Post onto side of the machine. the Main Frame as photo shown, fix with Bolt & Washer (A) and Bolts & Washers (B).

    Step 4. Plug in the Power Cable into the socket at the front of Main Frame. POSITIONED FOR OPERATION There are two Balancers at the rear bottom of Main Frame. Adjust these Balancers to make sure the frame is stably positioned on the ground for exercise.

    HOW TO OPERATE GET READY FOR OPERATION Press the Master Power Switch located at the front of the frame (see MASTER POWER SWITCH LOCATION) to "ON" position, and insert SAFETY KEY , machine is now ready for operation. OPERATION IN QUICK START MANUAL (P0) MODE First option : Just press START button to start running.

OPERATION IN HEART RATE CONTROL (HRC) MODE First option Step 1 Press HRC button to choose H1 (H2 or H3). Please note if you have set Age, Weight, and Height to get BMI before operating, number of heartbeat will follow your above preset age instead of 114 (142 or 161).

    ENTER button on the keypad is to enter the figures that was input. ESC button on the keypad is to cancel the figures that was input. FAN: It’s at the front top side of computer, controlled by the switch at the central bottom of computer.
  • Page 20: Aligning The Running Belt

    ALIGNING THE RUNNING BELT Ensure the running belt is centered on your treadmill at all times. Running style and Non-level surface are two instances which may cause the belt to drift off center. Minor adjustments to the two bolts at the rear of the treadmill are necessary when the belt has drifted off center.

    CLEANING Firstly, make sure the treadmill is off and unplugged from the electrical outlet. To remove dust, use a small vacuum nozzle to carefully vacuum around all visible components. To remove film or dust, use a slightly damp rag with a mild cleaning agent sprayed onto the rag only.
