Some mobile numbers cannot call the Watch. Why is that?
Only numbers previously entered in the Family list in the mobile app can successfully
call the Watch. All other numbers are blocked for incoming calls.

How to transfer the administration right to another person?
Only the administrator can transfer this right.
1. Open the mobile application.
2. Log on as the administrator of the Watch.
3. Open the Family list of the selected Watch in the Main menu.
4. Tap and hold one of the Backup administrators.
5. Tap Transfer Administration Rights in the popup menu.
Note: only Backup administrators can receive the administrator right. Other added
phone numbers cannot.

How to delete a previously added phone number?
Only the administrator can delete phone numbers.
1. In order for Watch to be added to a new primary caregiver the original caregiver
must delete the APP from their smartphone. (If the App is not deleted than the
new primary caregiver will be unable to make any changes until this is addressed.
2. Once primary caregiver has deleted the App from their phone and verified it no
longer exists, you will need to reset the Watch by turning it off. (Button under
the SIM card slot)
3. We then recommend resetting the SIM Card in the slot by using a small paper
clip. Push down on SIM Card until it pops up and then wait ten seconds and
push down to reset.
4. Once the SIM card has been reset turn the Watch back on. A musical chime will
play and ICONS will appear on the screen of the Watch. Please wait until you
see the signal strength bars and the letter "E" on the upper left side of the
screen of the Watch.
5. You should now install the App by going to Appstore or Playstore
