Attach the Front Axle │ 5 1. Turn over the vehicle body and cut off the plastic tie on the frotn wheel axle with scissors. 2. Remove the M5x16 screw, washer and nut from the front wheel axle. 3. Adjust the wheel axle so that the axle is in the correct positon as shown in picture at right;...

Attach the Rear Axle │ 6 Remove all the parts from the rear axle. 1. Insert the rear alxe into the hole in the vehicle body.

Attach the Rear Wheels │ 7 Driving wheels are more bigger than front wheels Rear axle 1. Slide the gear box onto the rear axle (Left Side). “R” labeled gear box should be fit to the “R” side of vehicle body; “L” labeled gear box should be fit to “L” side of vehicle body. 2.

Attach the Front Wheels │ 8 Front axle Tools required: Spanner Remove all the parts from the front axle. 1. Slide a Ø10 washer onto the front axle. 2. Slide the normal wheel onto the rear axle. 3. Slide a Ø10 washer onto the front axle. 4.

Attach the Steering Column │ 9 Hole in the front axle linkage Steering Gear Box Turn the vehicle body on its side. Remove the M5x22 machine screw and Ø5 Turn the vehicle body on its side. from the R/C driver with a screwdriver. 1.

Attach the Steering Wheel │ 10 Follow the battery information on page 4. Add the Batteries (NON PROVIDED) of Steering Wheel 1. With a screwdriver remove the screw on the battery cover located in the center of the steering wheel. 2.

Attach the Windshield │ 11 1. Fit the windshield assembly to the vehicle body. 2. Tighten two Ø4x12 screws through the windshield and into the vehicle body with a scewdriver.

Connect the Power Supply │ 12 Fuse box Vehicle connector Battery Motor connector 1. Plug the Vehicle Connector into the Motor Connector on body as shown above. Repeat for the other side. 2. Plug the Red fuse connector into the terminal on battery.

Attach the Motor Hood │ 13 1. Fit the motor hood on the motor. 2. Tighten four Ø4x12 screws to secure it. Repeat the above step for the other Motor hood.

Attach the Seat │ 14 Tabs 1. Fit the tabs at back of the seat to the holes in the vehicle body. 2. Tighten two M5x16 machine screws with a screwdriver.

Attach the Sport Bar │ 15 1. Fit the rear window to the sport bar. 2. Insert the two Ø4x12 screws through the rear window and into the the sport bar. tighten them with a screwdriver. 3. Insert the tabs on the rear windows into the slots in the vehicle, push until you hear it “click”...

Battery Replacement & Fuse │ 21 Battery Replacement & Fuse │ 22 The battery features a thermal fuse with a rest fuse that will automatically trip and cut all power to the vehicle if the motor, electric system or battery is overloaded. The fuse will reset and power will be restored after the unit is turned OFF for five Minutes and then turned ON again.
