What to do BEFORE you use your phone Before you use your phone for the first time, please charge the battery for at least 5 hours.

  • Page 16 Figure 5. Screen lock options Setting up your email ac- count In order to set up your email account, first make sure that your phone is connected to the Internet through Wi-Fi® or a cellular data connection. From the Apps screen, touch the Email icon.

If the server recognized your email and password then an Account Settings window will display next. Touch the Inbox checking frequency. Touch Next. A confirmation message will display that reads ‘Your account is set up and email is on its way.
