The ANT1500 system is specifically designed for use as it comes, shipped with housings and unit covers intact.   • Page 4 This manual is subject to change without notice. ANT1500 is innovative antenna system that provides live satellite TV to a vehicle, while in motion. This manual provides basic instructions on how to install the antenna and its basic settings.

    LOS again. Line of Sight – The system ANT1500 needs to have a clear line of sight (LOS) - line of sight (LOS) to the southern sky , in order to receive the satellite signal. Placing the antenna too close to other equipment on the roof, such as A/C units, may interfere with the signal reception.
  • Page 6 If you will use them, you will avoid these conditions. 1.4.System overview Antenna ANT1500 provides live satellite TV in a vehicle while in motion as well as while being stationary. Antenna is suitable for installation on any vehicle. It includes the actual roof antenna (ODU), antenna control unit (IDU), necessary cables and installation material.

Installation of Antenna on bracket If you decide to install antenna on another type of bracket as recommended by MOLPIR comp., please make sure, that bracket is secure and can carry antenna´s weight of 28 kg in any driving condition.
