MAINTENANCE

The heater requires no maintenance.
Performance and safety tests can be conducted at intervals as determined by the
operator in compliance with current regulations.
Repairs must only be done by the manufacturer. In dust hazardous areas, applicable
requirements of EN 60079-17 and EN 60079-19 must be observed.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Installation of the heater in an exposed position involves a certain risk of injury. The
ends of the fins and hot surfaces can pose a risk of injuries.
Maximum 160 C (320 F) with T3 heaters
A non-resettable temperature limiter integrated into the heater will cut the power if it
exceeds the maximum temperature. A failure could result from an external heat source,
incorrect installation, working temperature too high or a technical failure.
A temperature indicator shows potential problems and failures at an early stage (e.g.
incorrect installation). Please check the application if more than three fields have
irreversibly changed to black.
The warranty is null and void if the temperature indicator has been removed from the
heater.
