Heating System The heating element of this unit can be set to heat the paraffin wax to between 125°F - 138°F (51.5°C - 58.9°C). When wax reaches the set temperature, heating unit will turn on and off to keep wax at proper temperature level. - Page 6 Re-dip your hand, foot or elbow into the wax using the same technique as above three or four times. The more layers of wax you create help insulate the heat therapy. NOTE: The paraffin usually takes 12-15 minutes to completely harden.
