    Chapter 1 Introduction Introduction Thank you for purchasing our NuBus/LC PDS card. Each is very user friendly and installation is a snap. This manual will walk you through the installation process and set-up. The NuBus/LC PDS Ethernet adapter is a high performance adapter which supports Plug and Play and fully auto-configures to your system.

    Chapter 1 Introduction Operating System Supported Your system must be 7.0 or higher to install the proper driver. Please note that if your system is 7.5.2 or before. You must change a default setting in your computer. (see software installation) If your system is 7.5.3 or higher and does not contain an Open Transport extension.

    Chapter 2 Installation Jumper Settings ( for combo only ) If you have a BNC cable (resembles a cable TV co-axial cable) the jumper should cover the left 2 pins. (See diagram below). If you have a TP cable (resembles a telephone line plug) the jumper should be set cov- ering the 2 right side pins.
