    Heat is the enemy of reliability (among other things). Don't block the top or bottom ventilation slots. Leave some clearance above and below the BD960 in your rack. Failure to do so could result in reduced service life or damage to your equipment.

    The length of the delay is that of the silent filler recording, whether or not the recording is used. When the BD960 is shipped from the factory or returned to factory defaults, it is set to an eight-second delay and is in mode.

    BD960’s input directly to the equipment connected to its output. This may cause a change in electrical loading on the system at the BD960’s input, which in turn may cause a change in signal level. This is true of all equipment with relay bypass, not just the BD960.
