The built-in inertia dynamic stabilization system can control front and back movement; however it cannot guarantee the stability of left and right movement. When you drive SOGO, please shift your weight in order to overcome the centrifugal force and improve turning security.
3. Control Device 3.1 Mat Sensor There are four sensors under the mat. When the user steps onto SOGO, it will automatically adjust to the balance mode. When driving SOGO, please stand directly on the mats - not beside them.

Do not modify SOGO. 4.1 User’s Weight Limit The weight limit ensures the safety of user and reduces damage due to overload.
SOGO maximum speed is 6.2 mph. When the speed close to the maximum, the buzzer alarm will ring. SOGO can keep the user in balance up to the maximum speed. Over that, SOGO will take the initiative and tilt the driver to reduce speed.
Use small forward and backward body movements to control SOGO. Do not step on SOGO unless ground is flat. The system cannot enter self-balancing status and users are forbidden to operate SOGO, if ground is not flat when stepping on SOGO.

7.1 Battery Power You must stop driving if SOGO displays low power, or it may affect battery life and cause dangerous problems. Do not use the battery if it emits odor or overheats. Do not touch any leaking materials.
7.2 Charging process Ensure charging port is dry. Plug the charging cable into the SOGO. Make sure the green light is on, then connect the cable. The red light will indicate that it is charging. Otherwise check whether the cable is connected.
