IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS Save the owner’s manual / instructions for local Electrical Inspector’s use. CAUTION To eliminate the risk of burns or fire by reaching over heated surface units, cabinet storage space located above or behind the stove should be avoided. If cabinet storage is to be provided, the risk can be reduced by installing a range hood that projects horizontally a minimum of 5 inches beyond the bottom of the cabinets. -

If your cookware spins on the cooking surface, it means that a small bow has formed toward the cooktop during heating. Do not use this cookware. Corrected Diameter: The diameter of the vessel should be the same as the diameter of the glowing heat zone. -

Copper with Tin Lining: Excellent for gourmet cooking, wine sauce and egg cookery. Remember that tin lining will wear thin with continued use. It must be retinned to avoid toxic reactions between copper and food. Ceramic Glass/Ceramic: Good for long, slow low-heat cooking with liquids such as simmering. CAUTION Only certain types of glass, glass ceramic, ceramic, earthware or other glazed vessels are suitable for cooktop service without breakage due to sudden change in temperature. -

CABINET INSTALLATION 2247-AC-5100, 2247-AC-5200 1. Locate stove according to the installation diagram below. 2. Cut-out to the dimension shown. 3. Peel off tape and secure the stove to the counter top. Note: Please clean the entire surface surrounding the counter top. Dust particles and loose sediment may cause the stove to improperly attach to counter top surface. -
