    WARNINGS Failure to follow the instructions provided can imply a risk of serious injury to personnel and fixed installations. Some grill parts can be sharp, we recommend wearing gloves when assembling and lifting. Sharp edges can cause injury. The grill is intended for outdoor use only in well-ventilated areas. Never grill in enclosed spaces or under a roof, due to the danger of the lack of oxygen.

    Assembly instructions Please follow these instructions step by step. We recommend two people to assemble the grill to avoid heavy lifting.   • Page 9 Assembly instructions Rear view Front view Attach the Legs (C4,C5) to the Panels (C6,C7) using ST4.0x10 Screws (D1x8pcs) as shown. Attach the front panel assembly and the Legs (C4,C5) to t he Wire Base ( C8) by inserting the M6x65 Bolts (D6x4pcs) through the legs, wire base, Ø6 W ashers (D7x4pcs) and secure with M6 Nuts (D8x4pcs).
  • Page 10 Unscrew the Locknuts (D9) from both ends of the Axle (C11). Slide the axle through the corresponding holes in the left legs. Slide the Wheels (C9) over each end of t he axle. S ecure the wheels i nto place with the l ocknuts. Place the Wheel Hubcaps (C10) onto the outside of the wheels.
  • Page 11 Attach the Left Side Shelf Panel (C2) onto one Side Shelf (C1) using M6x15 Bolts (D5x2pcs) and M6 Nuts (D8x2pcs). Attach the left side shelf assembly to the barbecue body using a ST4.0x10 Screw (D1) and M6x15 Bolts (D5x4pcs) as shown.
  • Page 12 Attach the Right Side Shelf Panel (C3) onto the other Side Shelf ( C1) using M6x15 Bolts (D5x2pcs) and M6 Nuts (D8x2pcs). Attach the right side shelf assembly to the barbecue body using a ST4.0x10 Screw (D1) and M6x15 Bolts (D5x4pcs) as shown.
  • Page 13 Attach the Drip Tray Right B racket (B8) to t he barbecue body using M5x15 Bolts (D2x2pcs), Ø5 Washers (D3x2pcs) and M5 Nuts (D4x2pcs) as shown. Repeat the above process for the Drip Tray Left Bracket (B7). NOTE: Ensure t hat the big tabs of the brackets which stop t he drip tray are located at the front of the barbecue.
  • Page 14 Carefully lay the Flame Tamer (B5) into the barbecue body ensuring it lies level within the body. Lay the Cooking Grill (B6) into place. Attach the Warming Rack (A3) to barbecue body as shown.
