• Ctrl + Alt + d — switches desktop workspace
• Ctrl + Alt + s — enables shadowing mode using VNC. Two modes are available
the default "Active" mode, the end user just clicks on OK and their Desktop
session appears on the "Shadower" as defined by the Hostname/IP in the
dialog box below. The end user may select the View Only checkbox to restrict
the Administrator to View only, not allowing the Administrator to manipulate the
Desktop.
The end user may be instructed by the Administrator to change the Shadow Mode to
Passive via SSH, in this case the Port must also be changed from the default 443 to
