    How to wear the Activity Tracker Sports Band? Use the adjustable band to wear on your wrist. Note:​ The adjustable band is made of sweatproof silicon material. Instructions for use Time setting 1. Press “MODE” button to the time display, then press “SET” button for 3 seconds. 2.
  • Page 4 Track Steps 1. Press “MODE” button to reach the steps walked section on the display. Note: ​ Tracker automatically begins capturing data once movement occurs. 2. Press “SET” button to reset step counting to zero. Input Stride Length 1. Press “MODE” button to reach the distance section on the display, then press “SET” button for 3 seconds.

    Input Weight 1. Press “MODE” button to reach the calories section on the display, then press “SET” button for 3 seconds. 2. Press “MODE” button to input your weight. Note: The range of weight is from 70 to 250 lb with 5 lb increase per interval (or 30Kg to 120Kg with 2Kg increase per interval).

  • Page 7 Step 3:​ It will show ‘0’ step data initially. Step 4:​ Tap “TRACKS” and then “ADD TRACK” to add your (last) step data showing on Activity Tracker Sports Band to your record file. Step 5:​ Type in the data from the Activity Tracker Sports Band display and then tap “Done”.

Step 7:​ On DASHBOARD page, tap “steps”, “miles” (or “km”) & “calories burned” respectively to see your previous corresponding record each day. Step 8: ​ O n “GOALS” page, tap “DAILY GOAL” to set your everyday target of number of steps.
