Note: When Keyguard is on, calls may be possible to the emergency number programmed into your phone
(e.g. 112 or other official emergency number). Key in the emergency number and press

Writing text

You can key in characters by pressing a letter key once for each character (predictive text input) or by
pressing a letter key one or more times for each character (traditional text input).

By pressing a key once for each character (predictive text input)

Predictive text input is a fast way to write, for example, text messages (see page 40) and reminder
notes (see page 57). This input method uses a dictionary that is built into the phone.

Selecting a dictionary for predictive text input

Press

and the desired language.
