Use the FACOM CR.PSC stapler only when repairing non structural plastic bodywork parts on vehicles.
-
Before using the FACOM CR.PSC stapler, ensure that the plastic to be repaired is compatible with hot
metal staple fastening, and that this repair method is authorized by the vehicle's manufacturer.

The staples are hot during the fastening operations. Always wear the personal protection equipment
set out by current regulations.

When applied on plastic, the staples may produce smoke or vapour. Caution! Use the appropriate
protection means.

Use the FACOM CR.PSC stapler in a dry, clean and well-ventilated environment.

Never disassemble or modify the FACOM CR.PSC stapler.
-
All maintenance operations shall be performed in a FACOM-approved maintenance centre.
Characteristics
Staple temperature: 100°C to 200°C according to the heating intensity.
Maximum charging time: 4 hours.

The charging indicator is on when the CR.PSC stapler is charging.
. Do not use the product when the indicator displays "LOW BATTERY".
. Connect the charger "2" to the charge connector "1" and mains.
. Charging is complete when the indicator displays "CHARGED".

Select the most appropriate staple in the box "7" and insert it into the staple holder bits "4".

Place the staple in position and press the button "5" to start the heating. Use the "LOW" position for a
lower temperature and "HI" for a higher temperature.

Once the right temperature is reached, t the staple so that it penetrates the plastic properly without
pushing it through the part to repair.
