To attach rear axle to support bar you must first remove the rear bumper NOTE: The rear guard has been removed to show Trailing arm axle support detail.This assembly must be performed with removing the rear guard.
  • Page 4 Front and Rear Wheel Assembly NOTE: The front rim is not as “Deep” as the rear rim on the side containing the air fill valve. . Attach front wheels using 4 M0 nuts Torque lug nuts to 33ft.lbs. Make sure the air fill valve is facing out.
  • Page 5 Steering Column and Steering Wheel 3. Attach steering support to frame using M0x55 bolt and M0 nut. Once assembled the steering column can be used to adjust the steering wheel height. 4. Attach top of steering support bracket to steering shaft using M0x90 bolt and M0 nut.

  • Page 7 Nerf Bar and Front Bumper Assembly 8. Attach Nerf bar to frame and add nerf brace using M0x30 and M2-25 bolts and nuts Nerf Brace M2x25 bolt and nut M0x30 bolt and nut Nerf Bar 9. Attach front bumper to front of frame using M8x40 bolt, lockwasher and M8 nut.
  • Page 8 Front Bar Cage Assembly 20. Attach front of brush guards to frame using M2x90 bolt and M2 nut. 2. You must first remove the rear bumper before attaching the rear of brush guards to the frame. Use M2x05 bolt and M2 nut to attach.

    Cross Bar Assembly 22. Attach cross bar behind seat using sleeve, M2x00 bolt and Sleeve M2 nut. 23. Attach cross bar to top mounting point of brush guard using sleeve, M2x05 bolt and M2 nut.
