DESCRIPTION
These compact units employ induced combustion, reliable hot
surface ignition and high heat transfer aluminized tubular heat
exchangers. The units are factory shipped for installation in
upflow or horizontal applications and may be converted for
downflow applications.
These furnaces are designed for residential installation in a
basement, closet, alcove, attic, recreation room or garage and
are also ideal for commercial applications. All units are factory
assembled, wired and tested to assure safe dependable and
economical installation and operation.
These units are Category IV, National Fuel Gas Code and may
be vented either through side wall or roof applications using
approved plastic combustion air and vent piping. Approved
plastic combustion air and vent piping include Selkirk Polyflue,
Duravent Polypro, & Centrotherm Innoflue polypropylene vent-
ing systems.

Need help?
Do you have a question about the RGF19 Series P and is the answer not in the manual?
Questions and answers
furnace will not ignite unite turns on but no flame
The Master RGF19 Series P furnace may not ignite even though it turns on due to several possible reasons:
1. High Altitude Pressure Switch – If the furnace is installed at a high altitude, it may require a high-altitude pressure switch to function correctly.
2. Combustible Floor Base Kit – If the furnace is installed in a downflow configuration on a combustible floor without the required base kit, it could cause overheating issues that prevent ignition.
3. Vent Termination Issues – If the concentric or sidewall vent termination is not properly installed, combustion air may not enter correctly, preventing ignition.
4. Condensate Drain Blockage – The furnace has an internal condensate trap, and if it is blocked, it may cause ignition failures.
5. Gas Burner Issues – If the existing burner is damaged or not suitable for the gas type (NAT gas requires a stainless steel burner kit), ignition may fail.
6. Electrical Issues – If the thermostat wiring or electrical connections are incorrect, the ignition sequence may not complete.
Checking these factors may help diagnose and resolve the ignition issue.

@eddie the purple wire connects to the flame igniter, take the purple wire off and the igniter out it looks like a metal rod clean it with a wire brush good, it’s next to the other two white wire for the flame if you can’t find it in the flame blower compartment. Try that and if rhat doesn’t work take the whole flame blower assembly out and scrub that. Or your jot getting gas to the flame sensor or the pressure switch is bad. Good luck!
