Finding Contacts List Entries

Finding Names
To find Contacts list entries by name:
1.
Press the navigation key right to display the Contacts list.
2.
Scroll to the desired entry in the Contacts list or press Options
(right softkey), select the option from the following and
press
.
Find:Full Name will search the entry by part of the name.
Find:First Name will search the entry by first name.
3.
Enter the first letter of the name or part of the name. (The
display shows the entries beginning with the letter entered.)
4.
To display the entry's details, select your desired entry and
press
.
5.
To make the call, press
To find Push 2 Talk List entries:
1.
Press the navigation key right to display your Contacts list.
2.
Press Go to (left softkey). Highlight your desired list and press
Phone Book to display the Contacts list.
Personal List to display the Personal List.
Personal Grps. to display the Personal Group List.
3.
Scroll through the list to select your desired entry.
Note:
The
(left softkey) option does not appear when Push 2 Talk mode is

Finding Speed Dial Numbers
To find phone numbers you have stored in speed dial locations:
1.
Press

Select Contacts and press
3.
Select Speed Dial #s and press

Finding Voice Tags
To find Voice Tags in your phone:
1.
Press and hold

You'll hear a tone followed by the prompt. Say "Tools."

After the prompt, say "Review Voice Tag." (The list of Voice tags
appears.)

Contacts List Entry Options

To access a contact's options, display the Contacts list, highlight an
entry and press
(right softkey). To select an option, highlight it and press
.
Edit to edit the selected entry.
Call to dial the selected number.
Call:Speaker On to dial the phone number in speakerphone mode.
Send Message to send a text message, picture, or video (if
available). (See page xx or xx for details.)
Call Alarm to set a call alarm for the entry. (See page xx for Call
Alarm.)
Set Speed Dial to assign speed dial numbers to your favourite
entries. (See "Assigning Speed Dial Numbers" on page xx.)
Prepend to alter a phone number by adding numbers to the
beginning of the entry. (See "Prepending a Phone Number From
Call History" on page xx.)
Copy to Personal to copy the phone number to your Push 2 Talk
Personal List. (If available.)
to access the main menu.
