Basic plan
The basic plan is targeted at the optimal support of
regulatory mechanisms with the corresponding posi-
tive physiological effects. It is the basic treatment for
prophylaxis and for all pathological or any limiting
conditions of a person's well-being, as well as for any
unclear metabolic status.

The basic plan application (BP application) using the B.BODy * should generally be
carried out twice daily and once while asleep (Sleep Program). Combinations of the
B.BODy * with other levels, programs or using other application modules (double
applicaion) are possible.
The BP application cycle lasts 4 weeks. The application begins with level 3 and in-
creases one level each week up to level 6. In the fifth week, a new cycle begins again
using level 3.
