GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY WARNINGS: WARNING Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired. c) Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. - Page 7 Keep your hands away from the cutting area. MAKO MULTI-FUNCTION TOOL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Attaching an Application Tool: WARNING: Disconnect the multi-tool from power supply before any adjustment. CAUTION: For all work or when changing application tools, always wear protective gloves. Sharp edges on some application tools will cause personal injury. Application tools can be very hot while working or after use. - Page 9 Sanding: Do not touch the gear box after prolonged use: it could be very hot! The removal rate and the sanding pattern are determined by the choice of sanding sheet and the wood surface Apply a uniform sanding pressure to extend the life of the sanding sheets. Intensifying the sanding pressure does not lead to an increase of the sanding speed, but instead increases wear on the machine and the sanding sheet.
