Insert the host into the charging port of the USB charging cable in such a way that charging contacts of the display align with the charging contacts of USB cable charging port (see the picture on the right). - Page 19 4. Owner’s manual Once the devices are paired, insert your data (Settings – User’s data): name, gender, age, height and weight. It is also possible to change unit (British or Metric system) and set your goal. Save the changes afterward. You can also personalize profile picture. Owner’s manual HEART RATE This menu provides heart rate measurement together with division on minimum, maximum and average heart rate. Press [Begin] to start heart rate measurement.
